In continuation from the previous Fiscal Year, 30 large companies participated in SLR (service level rating) of the benchmark model by the independent consulting company, Ksquwave Inc. Of the six prizes awarded, we received following two prizes.

Best IS subsidiary prize

October 12, 2006

We were the first company in the Toshiba group to receive certification in the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 international standards for IT service management systems. We received a registration certificate from the president of LRQA, the screening and registration organization.

November 21, 2005

We received the appropriate certification for ISO 14001:2004.

October 7, 2005

We received the IT service prize.
Thirty-two large companies participated in the IT investment ROI benchmarking based on the SLR (service level rating) of the benchmark model by the independent consulting company, Ksquwave Inc. Of the 14 prizes awarded, we received three. These were third place overall, The best open system operations division prize, and the best IS subsidiary division prize.
With this opportunity we will strive further for providing services of higher quality
